Brayden with Bryce Mugford at the Tulip Festival. Brayden is all about hugs and Bryce isn't sure what to do with the crazy kid!

Mommy, Brayden and Audrey at the Tulip Festival. Grandma Susie went with us and took the picture!

Progress day at the Sanson house! Thank goodness for wonderful family! Jan and Kathy, Dan and Susie, and Tristan and Lydia all slaved away to get our house ready to show. THANKS.

Brayden loves the mirror. He thinks he is very handsome and loves to watch himself say "marshmallow."

Love the pics. That was such a nice, sunny day. Your house always looks great. I can't imagine it took that many people to fix it up. Of course there had to be lots of playing with the kiddees.

When you are as handsome as Brayden you always want to look at yourself! Great picture of the three of you. Hope you sell your house soon. Aunt Sandy

Brayden is such a cutie. Grandpa Jan will have to work with him on some new words.
