Audrey walked in this "shoe" all the way through the house. She learned the trick from her brother.

Audrey loves the park. This was her first trip this year. Aunt Connie helped Audrey go down the slide over and over (though she preferred to try to climb up it).

Brayden still wants to play in the snow but I think the park my get him through the summer. He really enjoyed himself but is still a little scared of the curly slide.

I know they don't want us to believe it, but I know that Brayden and Audrey love each other. Brayden gives nice hugs and kisses, and sings and speaks softly to make Audrey feel better. Audrey is very protective of her brother and wails right along with him if she perceives that he is being hurt (i.e. at two of our recent doctor visits).

For whatever reason, Audrey likes to crawl up on the steps then gets cozy.

Hiding from Mommy.

Brayden loves to make newspaper hats. He really likes putting Mommy's stickers (address labels from our junk mail) on them then coloring them. Didn't he do a nice job on this hat?

My perfect boy ran out of his room this morning yelling, "Here comes Mommy's favorite boy!"

Playing with sidewalk chalk is fun. Audrey thought it tasted fine, too.

Here comes a post from your favorite Brookston residents...the hug picture is the cutest! We agree that Audrey picked the comfiest looking step, who can blame her? The hiding picture was great, but only Eric needs to improve his hiding technique. He was the only one we found!
