Still checking in?

I know, I know. It has been a long time. And so much has changed. The first weekend in August, we moved (the first time). We left the only home Brayden and Audrey had known and moved into a home that family friends graciously rented to us for one month. The move was hard on everyone--Audrey stopped sleeping through the night and Brayden wouldn't go to bed without a fight (turns out he was scared of the air conditioner in his room). August 31st we began (at 8pm) moving into our permanent home. In case you are curious, the sellers of our new home were building and their home was supposed to be done the middle of August but still wasn't done when they moved out and we had to be out of our house August 10th--therefore, two moves! Our new house has felt like home since moment one. Brayden moved to a big boy bed and now Audrey is in the crib.

Brayden is talking up a storm and his parents are convinced that he is brilliant. He knows all of his colors and can count to at least four. He knows he should use the potty but instead informs mommy, "I go in my diaper." Audrey began crawling right before we moved the second time. She jabbers mama and dada and started eating Cheerios just yesterday. What a big girl! Other than colds, both kids are healthy and we are very thankful! Here are some pictures that were taken since our last post. We hope to get high speed internet fairly soon so that we can do this more often. Thanks for being patient!

Grandma and Grandpa Sanson think that Brayden and Audrey are both brilliant and very cute!

Yes I have been checking in. Almost daily in fact. I love to see the pics you take of those cuutttteee kids. Brayden knowing his colors is pretty amazing. I was told that is hard for a child because of the confusion over the different hues. They are both growing so fast. Can't wait to see you again.

Love those photos. Welcome back. We've really been missing the pictures.

Brayden, nice job getting into all the photos (look closely in the tractor bed).
